Here are some pictures of the construction of the school from the archives. At present, Br Brian Etherington is helping to organise the school archives and catalogue them. Eventually, we hope to digitise the records and make them more accessible. Also, if any old boys have digital, scanned or hard copy photos or memorabilia they wish to place in the archives please let me know!

Can you help an old boy identify the students in the two photos below?
These two photos (above) and the following email were sent in by an old boy, Mr. Robert Klein-Schiphorst, from the class of 1962. If anyone can identify the students in the photos that would be greatly appreciated:
My name is Robert Klein-Schiphorst and reside in Townsville, North Queensland having done so since 1968. I am an ex student of Marist Brothers Parramatta High School from mid 1958 through to 1962 completing 5th Year, Leaving Certificate ( year 12 today). Recently whilst browsing through our photo albums with grandchildren came across two old School photographs. Copies of which are attached. One was taken in 1960 third year school cadets at a school cadet camp in Singleton, what I can remember of it, it was bitterly cold but a lot of fun. I am on the left hand end of the four shown but can’t place a name to the familiar faces of the others to the right. The other is a class photograph taken in 1961 of Fourth Year A . Most of the faces are familiar but can only put a name to a couple for certain, think I know who the two are seated in the first bottom Row in the middle but not sure. It would be nice if somebody could ID them all and put their photo on the old boys web site. All those shown went onto 5thYear ( Year 12 ) completing same at the end of 1962.

Any guys from the class of 1964 – 1970? Known as John O’NEILL. (Actual Name: Michael John O’Neill). Resided in Military Road Guildford till 1967, then re-located to Cross Street, Guildford). Father operated Guilford picture theatre till 1968 prior to it closing. Joined NSW Railways in April 1971 & retired in 2008 in Newcastle. Now living on Sunshine Coast – Queensland. Welcome & look forward to any contacts from lay-teachers or fellow pupils.

You may be interested to know that at one stage there was at least 6 MBP old boys at RMC Duntroon, Ben Morris, John Wilson, Charlie Eiler, Noel Sutton and Michael McDermott and from then on there was a continual representation including Robert Flynn.
